Why reliability
Online shopping in South Africa works, mostly. But “mostly” is the problem. A delivery date that keeps slipping is not a plan you can build a day around. A warranty you have to argue for is not a warranty. A support email that goes unanswered for a week is not support.
We started TakeMore because we thought the bar could be higher, and that being straight with people is not actually that hard.
What that means in practice
- Clear delivery costs and timeframes. You see exactly what delivery costs and an estimated delivery window before you pay — no vague surprises at checkout.
- We answer. Every email gets a reply within one working day, from a person.
- We stand behind it. Minimum 12-month warranty on everything. Seven days to change your mind, no interrogation.
- Prices are the price. No surprise fees appearing at checkout. Free delivery over R750.

Electronics, gaming gear, audio, board games and toys, and home essentials — a focused range we actually know something about, rather than an endless catalogue of things we have never touched.
