Delivery

We deliver nationwide, across all nine provinces. Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days and express delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery times

Standard: 5–7 working days.
Express: 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. The same times apply to locally sourced and imported products, and each product page shows an estimated delivery date before you order.

What delivery costs

Free standard delivery on orders over R750.
Under R750, standard delivery is R100.
Express delivery is R150.
Outlying and rural areas may carry a surcharge. It is always shown at checkout before you pay, and we never add a charge after you have ordered.

Collect in Port Alfred instead

Choose collection at checkout and pick your order up from Wilzone Cell Shop, Rosehill Mall, R72, Port Alfred, Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:30. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Wait for your "ready for pickup" email and bring proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.

Tracking your order

You get a tracking link by email when your parcel is on its way. You can also check any order from your account at any time.

Delivery hours

Couriers deliver on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If nobody is there, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Getting the address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels sent to an incorrectly supplied address may incur a redelivery fee, and we would rather that money stayed in your pocket.
