How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier route used. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, before you pay.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated window?
Email us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, all nine provinces. Outlying areas may carry a surcharge, always shown at checkout before you pay.
When is delivery free?
On every order over R750.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and you can check status from your account any time.
Returns and warranty
How long do I have to change my mind?
Seven days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
What if the item is faulty or damaged?
We collect it at our cost and you choose a repair, replacement or refund. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
What warranty do I get?
Minimum 12 months on everything. Some products carry longer — the exact period is on each product page.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return, back to your original payment method.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been dispatched, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it is with the courier, you will need to use the returns process.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account just makes tracking and returns easier.
Do you sell genuine products?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine stock with full local warranty support.
